Netscape and Nesting Tables

Hey!  This has probably been on the list far too many times, but here it is
again.  sorry...

Netscape has a big problem with nesting tables.  Check this out:

www.flyingllamas.com/down/

The gray boxes are all tables.  They're fine in IE, but they're an a-bomb
aftermath in NN.  What have I done wrong?  And what's the RIGHT way to nest
a table for Netscape?

PS:  The news-scroller sucks in Netscape too.  I dunno about that.  If you
wanna take a crack at it, go ahead.  : )
