OT: Outlook HTML problemsby "Keith Purtell" <kpurtell(at)vantagemed.com> |
|
This doesn't concern HTML in Web pages, so apologies for going slightly off topic. I have a co-worker whose reply text disappears whenever she responds to email sent to her in HTML ("rich text") format. I looked at the source and sure enough Outlook has assigned CSS to her reply text which makes it invisible. We can't figure out why. She sends email as plain text, but when she replies to HTML format, Outlook wants to adopt the sender's format. Come to think of it, I'd really like to know how to configure Outlook to reply to everything in plain text, but instead we have to go through several steps to accomplish that. TIA.
