Frame Experimentation

I am experimenting with frames, but occasionally IE will tell me there was
an error on the page.  I cannot sem to find it.  I have used a few scripts
from tutorials that I found around the web, but I cannot seem to find the
source of the errors.  If a few of you who have more experience with scripts
could take a look and let me know where my errors may be coming from.

Thanks in advance for any help.  I believe the scripts that are the problem
are those that control the navigation buttons across the frames.
