More on mailto

I admit, I'm still a baby designer and I've been using plain ol' mailto.
Didn't have a problem till recently and now I find that AOL5.0 won't submit
a form properly--the e-mail screen pops up instead.  This is even happening
with a CGI script I tried.

This will validate, allow the Email function to work as intended
by any Browser, and... </snip>

Does this work for AOL with forms?  Or does anyone have any other
suggestions?
