Can't View Source - Solved

Thanks to Frank Boumphrey for this little tidbit:

"If you are running windows & IE5+ you will find that if your cache is full
you cannot 'view source' (Is this a bug or a feature?) Empty your cache and
it should work."

That solved the mystery.  I'll leave you all alone now.
