Netscape woes.... again!

Can someone please have a look at this and see if you can find the problem?
I'm sure it's something simple and I'm just not seeing it. It works fine in
IE6, NS6.2 and Opera6, but NN4.7 doesn't seem to be listening to my widths.
I have a background image for the right most cell of the table, and it's not
displaying it properly. I've tried using a spacer.gif which makes it worse,
I've fiddled with alignments, widths, rowspan and colspan, and it just won't
work. I'm pulling my hair out on this one and it should be so simple. Please
help!
