Netscape isn't displaying images

I've just been informed (and have verified) that Navigator 4 is having
problems displaying images on our corporate site:

http://www.gpworldwide.com

Sometimes when the pages load, some of the images don't display.
Hitting reload usually makes them display, but not always -- and
sometimes hitting reload when the images are already displayed makes
them disappear!

There also seems to be an issue with the stylesheet not loading
sometimes -- the text in the navigation bar doesn't display properly.

I haven't seen this problem with IE.

The site only works with version 4 browsers and higher (not my
fault -- I inherited it that way <g>), so I can't check it with older
browsers.

HELP?!?!?!
