Meta Tags, Keywords, ect...

I have looked but can't find in the archives info on services for search
engine submissions. I know that many services are available at a cost, but
how well do they perform? If anyone is using one of these services, please
email me off list so as to not cause problems. Any info on who you use, or
have used, and how they performed would be appreciated.
