Netscape or me?

I want to thank all those who responded my query, titled "Netscape or
me." Thomas Powell was particularly helpful.

The answer to my question is that I was in error on a number of points,
and I thank all who helped me. At the same time, Netscape 4.75 continues
not to display the body type correctly in
