Hi,

    I am trying to setup a form where I am asking comments/critic to
articles people are going to be reading.  Right now I setup to email me the
data, but it is suppose to post these data to a HTML file that can be view
by anyone, just like a guestbook does.  It is also suppose to give you
another page thank you for the comments once you press submit, but is not
doing it.  Can you guys check it out and let me know what I am doing wrong?
