Adobe TypeManager is also included in Adobe PageMaker 6.5 (Mac & Windows).
I've got it installed but never used it, so I don't know how to use this for
embedding PS fonts.
AFAIK, Freda's right; ATM is required by certain Adobe products when using
PS fonts. However, I have a few PS fonts installed on my system that are
used in MS apps without problems (aside from a few display anomalies which
don't affect print quality) so ATM may not be a pre-requisite. This I know
for a fact because I used them before loading PageMaker a while back when my
'old' computer decided it wanted to be rebuilt every week.
This doesn't really answer Jennifer's original question, though. Anyone
else care to try?
HTH :-)!
