RE: Deleting Saved Passwords in WIN98

In IE, click on "Tools", and then "Internet Options".  Then click on the
"Content" tab, and then "Auto Complete".  You should then be able to see
checkboxes, which you can use to stop IE from saving passwords, and a button
which will clear all the saved passwords.
