Printing a web page...problems.

Hello list. I have a question about printing pages off the web.
A lady that just recently bought a new system from us called all upset
because she went to a website and when she printed it, all she could
get was half of the text on the page. She was thinking there was something
terribly wrong with her new computer.
So my presumption is the printer can only print up to 600 pixels wide or
there abouts!? Am I correct in this assumption? I tried to print this
myself. and unfortunately, the first two pages it printed were the buttons
off the site, then it printed the text, and of course
the text only printed so far and cut off the rest. Is there anyway a user
can make adjustments to print something like this or is this strictly
controlled by
the webpage itself?
I personally don't design over 600 pixels.. This page is from what I can
see set at 100% and the navigation is in a table cell that is 160 wide,
leaving the
rest of the screen for content. Now, the paragraphs are <p
ALIGN="JUSTIFY"><font size="3">
