Data Movement - A Looksy At The Detail

Hi all,

I'd like to take a peek at the what goes down my phone line and what comes
up my phone line into my computer, the sequence it leaves and arrives, and
the grouping or packaging of data leaving and arriving.

I used to have a little program way back for mac that used to do this, I
recall. I want something for windows98.

Sorry about the fundamental language rather than the specifc jargon.

Anyone have any good suggestions.
