Page not rendering right in NN 4.67

Hello list--

One of my pages looks fine in IE 5.5 but the table cells are stretched out
in NN 4.67.  I've validated the code so I know I haven't forgotten to close
anything.   The other pages all work and I can't find what's different about
this one.

I've left the table borders in while I'm trying to figure this out.
