random image loss????

Help!!

I have a framed site which is giving me
lots of trouble. 

When I access the site at

http://nzsc.addr.com/

I seem to loose images they appear
with the little x in the top left corner.
Its a different image each time and
can be more than one.  Sometimes I
loose the background image altogether
on every frame.

This problem seems to be worst when
I use the back or refresh button. I have
no problems when I am using my local
hard disc. I've tried it on several host's
and get the problem everywhere. But it
doesn't seem to occur on other framed 
websites.

I've tried accessing the site from other
machines and the problem persists. If
I go to the particular frame and refresh it
seperately the image is recovered. I
don't seem to have any problem with
netscape. My mind is so cluttered now I
cannot make much headway and would 
be very gratefull for some fresh input.

When I validate the code I only seem to
have errors generated because I use things
like:-

 leftmargin=0 topmargin=0
 marginwidth=0 marginheight=0

all in the same line of a <body> tag for example
in order to appease both browsers.
