| Hi all,
hi
| I have been working on this page with IE to get just the right operation
| and finally got it.
| It looked and worked well. I then went to look at it with Netscape and -
| DISASTER.
css or not, the reason for this is that netscape transmits font-properties
to input boxes;
input boxes are a little bigger in netscape anyway, and a sans-serif font in
place of the (usually) serif default tnr will make the layout look quite
funny in most cases.
i'm not a big shot with forms, so there might be more elegant ways, but what
works for me is:
.input {
font-family: none}
<.span class="input"><.textarea><./span>
