Flash Mouse Effect

Hi,

I seen several sites where the intro has a flash animation where moving the
mouse creates an effect where an image or animation follows the mouse
pointer (for example http://www.treehouse-designs.com). Can anyone tell me
how this is done or point me to any resources for this effect using Flash.
