Subject: inexpensive wysiwyg

I have a friend who has taken over a free site I had done for an
organization we both had belonged to in the past (and she still
belongs
to). She'd like suggestions for an inexpensive word-processing
style
editor that she can do changes for the site to. She doesn't want
to
spend the money on Dreamweaver, and she doesn't want to download
Netscape for the Composer. Any suggestions for under $100? She has
taken
a Frontpage class, and I did warn her about the quirks, but for
her
purposes, it might work. (Although she's not sure the organization
will
spring for the $65 she said she found it for in a college
bookstore!)
She has also tried Word, but had trouble making links. I
know..she's not
asking for much:-)
