Hello all,
A client is having problems with her response forms. Neither I nor anyone
I've talked to can replicate it, but she insists that she and all her
friends/family are having this problem. The site is
http://www.eventdesignstudio.com, and there are two proposal forms, events
and weddings. When she tries to submit a form she gets a message like this:
BAD REFERRER - ACCESS DENIED
The form attempting to use FormMail resides at
http://eventdesignstudio.com/html/formwedding.html, which is not allowed to
access this cgi script.
If you are attempting to configure FormMail to run with this form, you need
to add the following to @referers, explained in detail in the README file.
Add 'eventdesignstudio.com' to your @referers array.
I've spoken with the host (Valueweb) and all they could do was mess with the
path to the cgi script. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Debbie O'Meara
