Hi Chuck,
Should you find any answers to this I would like to know as I am
currently doing a Website in English and Chinese and the only way I can get
it to verify is to use HTML Entities as the Chinese text in a site uses all
special characters. I would really like to know if it will display correctly
on all platforms.
