my guess would be having text added to the image links whenever possible.
Some sites have "textual links" under their banners - eg, "Visit our
Sponsor" or something.  Or some entrance pages will have a massive ~*EnTeR*~
image and right under that work of art there will be a "click to enter".

Know what I'm talking about?  I don't... : )
