How do I make my frames seamless?

Thanks, for letting me know I was finally able to post. Forgive me if this
first question is too basic.


I am constructing my very first page with frames. There are four frames,
three of them stationary, one able to scroll,and borderless. The background
is a dark starry sky. The frame are ok but there is a thin white border
around all the frames. I haven't a clue how to solve my problem.
