Hi all, new here.
A quick and easy way to do a screen snapshot in Windows is to hit the Print
Screen key, then hit paste in your software program. I use it all the time!
You could also try selecting the image in the Word doc and copy it, then
paste to your software program.

Extracting them would be a pain, but a screenshot should work just fine.
A cheap screenshot program you can use is SnagIt. This is handy if you
don't own a more robust software package like PhotoShop.
