Duplicate Messages/Posts

For some reason I am getting Duplicate Messages/Posts.  Is anyone else
getting that too?  Not all of them just some.

All out going Mail is Virus Scanned by Norton Antivirus 2002.

The virus only needs to be on a machine that has your address in its
address book.
It then forges the headers.
I have had ONE like that, most likely because my work address goes
through a PC server.
