Like Elizabeth said, this is not a problem with the history panel in IE
6...you can reproduce the same effect simply by resizing the window and
expanding it.   It has to be stylesheet issue.  If you save the file locally
and load the page without the stylesheet, no bit of expanding or resizing
will break it.
