It's not hard to write such a thing- easier in PHP than Perl, IMO - but I
don't think Formmail does it.

Well, I don't think that you can. You would need to have a bunch of code
that
uploaded the file and that doesn't exist in Formmail. I guess you could hack
it to do that, but it would be a fair bit of work.
Maybe someone else knows of a script that will do it 'off the peg'.
