The only reason a few people prefer Netscape 4 for testing is that it is
more buggy than IE. There are very few cases where Netscape will point out
invalid HTML that IE might tolerate. However, there are far more cases
where Netscape simply breaks, even when the page is perfectly valid HTML and
CSS.
Therefore, I cannot agree with the idea that Netscape can asist you with
valid HTML coding. All it is good for is pointing out those areas of HTML
with which a buggy and outdated browser cannot cope.
