I've done several installations now and it seems to be a tight package.  The
HTML is old - 4.0 Transitional is what I'd pin it as - but the programming
is professional and the project has been around for years.

The site is hosted on LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and Php). Perl and
Python are also available, but I am not as familiar with them as I am
Php.
