Determining from where the hit comes.

Recently, I reformatted. etc. making things much better.
In the process, I lost the URL where I could enter a
numeric URL as 208.48.17.252 and render something
alphabetical. Yesterday, I sent up a camcorder file to
my cable server. Along with the html code I have the Extreme
software for tallying viewer stats. It does not pin down
the source location of a visitor, but it does give partial
information such as the domain it might be coming from,
or something similar.

I have had three visits today with the numbers
208.48.17.252.
There are no meta tags in the code. Any hints as to why???
But, does anyone know  the URL that will do a search to help
interpret the numeric code.
