If you don't have another a browser with those capabilities, you simply REM
out (comment) the Frames code and leave the code from <body> to </body>
active. It will display as if the user's browser doesn't show frames.
When designing NOFRAMES content, I usually do it on a separate page and then
just cut and paste from <body> to </body> between the <noframes> tags. That
way I know exactly what has been done.
