OT - Technical question

This is off topic...sort of.  In MSIE there is a place where you
can indicate how you connect to the internet.  It also lets you set it
to automatically dial in if you use dial up.

Where is this feature in Netscape?   I have looked all over.. We used
to just click on our Netscape icon and the dial up would pop up and we
could dial in and then the browser would come up.  This doesn't
happen any more, and I can't find where to turn that feature on.
Anyone know?
