Places to study web programming on line ?

Hi, first I just wanted to say I've been on this list for over a year and
you've all been an invaluable source of education.

I'm slowly preparing to make a professional moove in to webmastering.  I've
created a few websites allready and allthough I can do some things with CSS,
Javascript and Flash, I think to make a living webmastering with as much
competition there is out there I should get as well prepared as possible.

Could anybody recomend good places to stydy web programming?

Basically I would like to perfect the skils I allready have plus maybe learn
some Perl, even some disign and project planning and in general a little
better knowledge on everything so I can know what options I have to
acomplish a project.

They must be on line courses because I live in Spain (allthough I am
american in case that might be a reqirement).
