WWW mirror with DVD on TV

I have all of the files of my older WWW site on my hard drive and on the
remote server. Mostly, html files, image files, .wav and midi, nothing fancy 
like flash.

I can use NERO 5 and burn these files into a DVD disk, then replay the DVD 
disk on my PC monitor just as one can from any location within my PC.

Is there a way that I can create a DVD disk with the above files that I can
take to my DVD/TV player to see and hear what I can see and hear directly 
from my PC DVD reader?

I have the relative low power software that was bundled with WinFastTV2000, 
TMPGEnc DVD Author for capturing, editing, etc.
