Problems with cookie saving with NN

Hi all...

I have a form at the link below that is *almost* finished ...all the
Javascript appears to work and it looks the way I need it to. The problem is
I STILL cant get it to write a cookie from NN (I am using 4.08) all is fine
in IE. and the calculations now work in NN

I have posted this before (about a week ago) and solved the other few
problems I had but no-one replied on the question of the cookie ...I know
the Javascript
works with this version of NN as I have seen it with another form ....but I
cant make it work
with my form

Are there any particular tags that anyone is aware of that would confuse NN
in this type of application?

Please look as I need to get this solved by Monday....
