DHTML, and not just read about it, but DO a site that works (this applies to
everything, but especially DHTML, it's a headache in a handbag).

I'd divide that up, learn something about Perl or C, hardcore CGI first,
then actually LEARN a scripting language, like ASP (jscrpt or vbscript,
doesn't matter what) or PHP.

Well, I'm a graphic designer mostly, so perhaps I'm biased, but I'd move
that up a bit, and here in a place I'd put "learn something about vector
graphics".
