Simply, a "professional" do-it-yourselfer is someone who buys frontpage,
learns frontpage, and then sells his frontpages.  The sites suck, they're
crappy, and if you move one toothpick, the whole thing will colapse.

A professional actually knows what he's doing - and can make it look
incredibly easy.  And because REAL professionals make it look incredibly
easy, do-it-yourselfers get the inspiration.  And they destroy the
web-design community.

Doesn't matter how you learn.  Doesn't matter if it's your job or not.  If
you're good, clean, and can create a powerful functioning site
single-handedly, you're a pro. If not, then join the wanna-be's.
