I checked the page with I.E. version 6.0.2600.0000 and I did not see a smart
tag.  I have smart tags turned on in Internet Options - Advanced.   I wonder
if he has an early beta version of I.E.  that came out before all the
complaining caused Micro$oft to change their smart tag concept?
