Subject: make pop up window stay on top
Hi
Im new to this list.
I subscribed to the digest a couple of days ago and haven't received any =
postings yet... wondering if its set up properly.
Anyway back to the issue at hand.
I use dreamweaver 4 for my web site design and tinker with the html =
code=20
to debug but am not to the level of coding in it.
What I need to do is make a new (smaller) window which is spawned by=20
clicking on a thumb, stay on top so when/if the user clicks on another=20
thumb in the main window they will see it load into the spawned window.
Currently I can have a new window spawned for each thumb clicked - Or -=20
each image will load into the same spawned window BUT it hides on the =
task=20
bar after the second thumb is selected.
To achieve the second result in Dreamweaver I set the "open browser =
window"=20
behavior for all the thumbs and gave the window the same name for them =
all.
Is there a fairly simple way to make the spawned window stay on top =
until=20
it is minimized?
I havent posted the site yet so I cant offer a link to see what Im on=20
about, perhaps in the next few days.
TIA Leigh
PS: I found a similar question in the archives dating yr2000 but =
couldn't=20
find a response.
