Got this small script from somewhere..forgot where.

<SCRIPT>
if(window==top.window)
  {top.window.location='enter.html'}
</SCRIPT>

Just change the name to the page that holds your frameset and it should
work.  Then, place this code on all your pages.  Now no matter where
visitors end up on your site, they should all be sent to your frameset page.
