RealServer problems

Anyone out there experienced with RealServer and its issues running on an
Apache server?  Please reply off list as this will probably be regarded as
off-topic.

I've been trying to work with my ISP in uncovering a problem I've had with
them since Thanksgiving.  All of my pages with embedded realvideo have now
stopped working.  The pages reference an .RPM file, which in turn contains
the link to the area on the realserver.  For whatever reason, it now
immediately says that a "general error" has occurred and of course Real.com
has no documents in their knowledgebase about it.

The general error now occurs on all systems.

An example URL is:

http://w3.one.net/~lonewolf/main/pcam/diary1.rpm

When they box comes up, choose "open from current location" and you will get
the error.

Nothing has changed on my end and I'm trying to convice my ISP that the need
to figure out what changes they've made to cause this to happen.

Has anyone run into this before?  Strangely, RAM files are not affected
unless I embed them in a page.
