frames and pages and coding, oh my!

Hello again!

This is a simple question, but I can't seem to answer it myself so here:

I have a site with lots of frames and stuff.  I want to have a copyright
page for all my clients and I want a direct link to it from their site.  I
also want to keep that page in the frames of my homepage.  How do I do it?

I was thinking something like <a href="index.html#copyright.html"> or
something.I know that's wrong, but it might give you an idea of what I'm
looking for...
