publishing from a database

I do the web work for a non-profit with about 400 members who are kept track
of in an Access database. The group wants to make some of the membership
info available on the web, names, areas of practice and contact info. I have
not done a database to web piece before. What would be the best way to
handle it, assuming updates a few times a year?
