NN is tiling the background pic in the cells!

Hi everyone

I have a table with a background picture. In ie5 the picture displays
correctly.  But NN4 tiles the background picture into the *individual
cells*.  There is only one table in the HTML doc and there are no nested
tables.  Here is the page (a pic of the actual background pic is also at the
bottom of the page):-

I know how NN tiling issues like this with nested tables - and using the
background="" inside the nested <table> tags fixes it.  I put background=""
into the individual <td>'s but had no joy.

Please take a look at it and tell me what i am doing wrong.  Just to give
everyone more incentive I can say this is quite a challenge.  I wresteled
with this problem with no resolution.
