The Good News!
Yes
Cascading Style Sheets
You can control almost every aspect of text display on your machine at your
house. the bad news here is that you will need to experiment to get
something close across browsers. The archives are full of pointers and links
on what works and what doesn't .
The Bad News
You will need to determine how many people you will exclude from your sites.
the visually impared, the colorblind, the folks who older browsers, webTV
viewsers, the folks who have the latest and use their own preferences to
determine how they want to see the web.
The farther you go with CSS, the smaller the number that will see your site
the way you intended.
It is an ugly choice, but it is yours to make.
