.vsd is the extension of a Visio file. You would need Visio to open the
file, unless you have another graphics program able to import it. I don't
know myself of a program that could. Perhaps someone else on the list
would.....?
Visio is a vector program used mostly for technical diagrams (e.g. circuits)
and flowcharts. It can convert one of its own files to a .gif, but it does a
poor job with any text that's in the image. Depending on what you want to
produce, you might need to re-do your image in another application.
