The height and width statements in the normal <IMG . . . . .> code can be a
percentage as well as a pixel figure. It's usually best just to set the
width and the height will figure itself out. Check in different resolutions
though, the graphic can lose quality as the size changes.

As for adaptively sized graphics, maybe Flash (I'm not sure)? But that will
