new window size

Hey gang, I know this topic was discussed before, but I can't find the posts
about it. I want to make a thumbnail gallery, and when the user clicks the
thumbnail, I want a new window to open that is set to a specific size and
position on the screen. Also, I dont want any toolbars, menus or scrollbars
on it. How do I do this? Is it a JavaScript code or is there HTML code that
can do this? Example code would be great.
