Netscape help required

Hi mailers,
    I have just obtained a copy of NN4.7 and now find that I cant view one
of my web sites with it. I have been through every thing in my limited
knowledge and hope some one can help me.
The site is using a Java dropdown menu and displays perfectly in Explorer
but the lower frame does not display in Netscape. I have other sites using
similar code and they work I just cant get to the bottom of the reason.
Viewing the code in NN shows nothing greyed out but the &NBSP code. even
after removing this it still does not work. My final hope is someone here
whom has not been staring at the code for hours can see the problem
