First of all, it needs to be developed.  Period.  Something.   Anything.

Ask
#1 - what is the site's planned purpose
#2 - who is the site's target audience
#3 - what content satisfies #1
#4 - what presentation satisfies #2

Do it.

Right now, all you have is blank canvas.  Go paint!

Looks like an opportunity.  Live it up.

p.s. I'd lose the satin.  Somehow, when I'm trying to stay alive between two
massive semis on the interstate, I don't envision satin ;-))
